How to test effectively
- Ask real customer questions (pricing, cancellations, services).
- Test edge cases (hours, refunds, "do you ship to X?").
What “good” looks like
- Specific answers.
- Consistent with your pages.
- Doesn’t invent policies you don’t publish.

- Add or clarify the information on your website.
